1.         Regular dead-heading is important (the removing of finished flowers)
This will encourage  the growth of new flower buds.

2.         Use a balanced liquid fertiliser such as Miracle-Gro  on a weekly basis to induce growth.

3.         When foliage growth is satisfactory Use potassium rich materials, such as tomato feed to promote flowering. Do this a couple of times a week.

4.         Drying out is an increasing risk as the foliage lengthens and days become warmer. Water first thing in the morning . Do this in the evening as an     alternative. Just because it rained the night before does not necessary mean the basket is moist. If in doubt, check it.

5.         More important than anything else - enjoy.
